Seminar: How Estate Planning Blesses Your Family

April 28th, 2018

Over 60% of Virginians have not developed any sort of estate planning! Our Estate Planning Seminar will answer your questions about preparing to bless your loved ones when you move on to your heavenly home. We will describe various types of estate documents, including wills, trusts, advance medical directives, and powers of attorney. We will touch on special needs trusts for loved ones who will not be able to handle their own resources after the family is gone. We will also touch on charitable giving and clarify some tax matters that can affect the family. Finally, we will talk about the difference in planning for retirement and planning to leave valuable assets to your family. This seminar is designed to stimulate lively conversation, make you think, and give you a path for estate planning.
